My journey into energy healing wasn’t something I planned — it was something I felt.

I began to feel a quiet pull — a sense that there was something missing and more available to me than just getting through each day.

That’s when I found Reiki.

What started as curiosity has now become a path I have walked for over 7 years. Through Reiki, I experienced a sense of calm, clarity, and connection that I hadn’t felt in a long time. It allowed me to slow down, return to my body, and reconnect with myself on a deeper level.

This wasn’t just relaxation, it was a gentle, meaningful transformation.

Over time, this connection expanded beyond Reiki alone. I became drawn to the power of ritual — the small, intentional moments that allow us to pause, reset, and create space for change in our everyday lives.
